"Get out of bed,"
Joshua Sulliven commanded in a cold voice, not waiting for Keira Leaf to speak.
Keira Leaf looked up at him for a while, silently got up, put on her shoes, and stood up.
Joshua Sulliven glanced at her and, without a word, turned and walked ahead. Keira Leaf, with her head lowered and a hint of frailty, quietly followed behind him.
When he walked, she walked; when he stopped, she stopped.
The chill emanating from Joshua Sulliven seemed to grow heavier, filling the entire hospital corridor with an oppressive weight.
Keira Leaf was actually unaware of this subconscious action, merely following him aimlessly.
One minute later, Joshua Sulliven stopped walking, turned around, and looked down at Keira Leaf with her head lowered, "How much longer will you follow?"
"Ah?" Keira Leaf raised her head, meeting his piercing gaze.
She looked around and noticed several doctors in white coats standing at the doorway, their eyes on her.
