"Please wait a moment, I'll check for you right away," the receptionist nurse responded politely, bowing her head to start searching on the computer.
"Madam, we don't have a patient named Rico Valdez in our hospital, are you sure you got the right place?"
"How can there be no record? Check again, he's here!" Grace Yakov's hands pressed anxiously on the consultation desk as she said, clearly agitated.
"I'm sorry, but there really isn't anyone by that name. All of our vegetative patients are arranged on the same floor, and there's no Mr. Valdez. Could he be in the VIP Ward? The information for the VIP Ward is managed by someone specific, and I can't access it here," the nurse explained with an apologetic tone.
Seeing Grace Yakov's look of desperation, the nurse gave a helpful suggestion.
"Where is the VIP Ward?" Grace Yakov paused and lifted her head.
