"Ella, Collins Aiden actually..."
"Stop! You're my best friend; I won't allow you to defend Collins Aiden. He was the one who hid things in the first place and failed to provide a reasonable explanation later. You can't help him and not me."
Ella, upon hearing Evelyn's words that didn't lead in the right direction, instantly pouted pitifully.
"Fine, I'll help you. But to do so, I have to watch Collins Aiden being wrongly accused until his death." Evelyn couldn't help joking. Then, she asked seriously, "Ella, does Collins Aiden know you're living with me?"
If Collins Aiden didn't know, with his paranoid personality, he might go to Ella's apartment to wait for her every day after leaving the film crew.
He would stubbornly wait until he saw her.
"Who cares if he knows or not? I moved out to avoid him in the first place. I hope he doesn't know..." Ella stopped in the middle of her sentence, seemingly understanding Evelyn's meaning all at once and abruptly looking up.
