"He's stingy?
He's jealous?
In an instant, Chester Yale's relaxed face tenses once again.
In a sarcastic tone, he mutters, "How could Mr. Sherman be wrong, I am definitely that stingy and jealous man."
Evelyn Sherman: "o(╯□╰)o..."
Isn't it said that those who recognize their mistakes and correct them are the good guys?
Why could she only predict the beginning but not the end?
"Chester, you are sending so many flowers to the film crew every day, it's too wasteful, can we talk about this..."
"Since Mr. Sherman treated me to such a special full vinegar banquet, I naturally must reciprocate. If Mr. Sherman doesn't like the flowers I send, then I can only invite Mr. Sherman out for a meal."
These words lightly slip from Chester's lips.
"Going out for a meal sounds good, it's not extravagant, and I can gain weight." Without a second thought, Evelyn agrees.
"After work today, I will come to pick you up from the film set," Chester's voice is low, emotionless.
