Amelia pursed her lips and said to Mason Hawkins, "The people from my company are still waiting for me to discuss matters, so I'll head back to the private room first. Take care of him for me, and call me if something comes up."
After finishing her sentence, she turned around and glanced at Lilian Parker, "Or, you can have Miss Parker take care of him."
No sooner had Lilian Parker started to nod than Daniel Cooper's expression darkened.
But Amelia pretended not to see it and walked away.
Daniel Cooper, with a glower on his face, headed towards the elevator doors and said in a not-so-pleasant tone, "You can handle the rest of the business. I've had too much to drink, and my stomach is uncomfortable; I need to eat something and rest."
Mason stood by his side with an expressionless face and uttered, "My stomach feels uncomfortable, too."
"Aren't you a doctor? You can treat yourself if you're uncomfortable."
Mason then said, "I also want to eat something."
