"Amy..."
"Are you going to drink it or not? If you don't, I'll toss it out."
He cast a low gaze toward the spoon in her hand and suddenly asked, "Amy, tell me the truth, are you actually thrilled and quite happy about my injury?"
Amelia was taken aback by his idiotic question, then scoffed with a light whisper, "What if I said yes?"
"Then I won't drink it, and I'll tell the doctor there's no need for shots or medication either. As long as you're happy, it doesn't matter if my injuries go untreated."
Amelia, "..."
She snorted with laughter, "Daniel Cooper, are you threatening me with your own body?"
"I wouldn't dare, I just wanted to make you happy."
Amelia fell silent for a while, then stood up and poured the soup back into the lunch box, "Do whatever you want, it's up to you. The car accident wasn't my fault, so even if you really end up crippled, it has nothing to do with me."
