The man immediately said in a low voice, "How could her face compare to your hand? Besides, whether she hurts or not, what does it have to do with me?"
Amelia laughed again, "Mr. Cooper, have you been reading some kind of romance guide lately? How come you're so good at sweet-talking now."
Seeing her happy, the man seemed to become joyful too, and he kissed her on the cheek, "You're not allowed to drink anymore."
Amelia closed her eyes, "I don't want to drink either, but how can I avoid socializing in the business world?"
"Then, from now on, take me with you when you have to socialize. I'll drink for you."
The smile on Amelia's face deepened. She rested her head against his chest and didn't say anything else.
When the car finally stopped, she realized that he had taken the opportunity to bring her back to Hillside Villa again.
She sat in the car, refusing to get out, "I want to go back to my own place. Have someone take me back."
