"Of course not," Daniel Cooper said as he frowned with displeasure. "Has someone bullied you? Who bullied you?"
"Mm."
She closed her eyes and chuckled softly for a while before slowly speaking, "When I came out earlier, I happened to run into Miss Parker and a jeweler in the elevator. It looked like they wanted to discuss some cooperation, but seeing a superstar and a wealthy man together at a Nightclub, it looks more like she's being kept by a sugar daddy."
Daniel's thin lips curled into a cold smile. He wrapped one arm around her waist and used the other hand to tuck her slightly disheveled hair behind her ear, speaking indifferently, "She doesn't need to sleep her way to the top."
That woman had most likely joined some crime syndicate—already willing to break the law—where would she even need to trade her body for money?
Pausing for a moment, he then continued, "Why mention her? You still haven't said who bullied you."
