After Molly Moore left, Daniel Cooper stood up and walked behind the woman. His tall frame leaned down, and as he wrapped his arms around her from over the back of the chair, he asked in a low and deep voice, "Look at you, all relentless just now. Are you jealous?"
Amelia pushed his arm away, "Back off, don't flatter yourself."
He lowered his head and kissed her earlobe, "Really? Then why does the air in this room seem so sour?"
The nerves in her earlobe were especially sensitive, and Amelia felt a tingling sensation that shot from her ear to the top of her head, quickly spreading throughout her body.
She shuddered imperceptibly, then quickly turned her head away, freeing her earlobe from the man's lips, and said somewhat bashfully and annoyed, "What are you doing?"
Even though there were only the two of them in the office, she still instinctively glanced towards the door.
He chuckled lowly, his voice carrying a trace of grievance, "I'm hungry."
