Daniel's gloomy eyes darkened, but none of it was reflected on his handsome face. Taking a leisurely drag on his cigarette, he carelessly uttered two words, "Really?"
Benjamin Parker readjusted the frameless glasses on his bridge of his nose and asked softly, "So, are you willing to give up on Ms. Foster?"
That was a great question.
Daniel suddenly stopped smoking. After several seconds, he shifted the cigarette from his lips and slowly exhaled a thin wisp of smoke.
If he were willing to let go, he wouldn't be tormented to the point of drinking.
At two-thirty in the morning, outside the gate of Hillside Villa, a young bodyguard helped Daniel out of the car. He asked anxiously, "Mr. Cooper, do you need me to help you in?"
According to the rules, without their employer's permission, bodyguards were not allowed to randomly enter the house.
