Mrs. Gardner sneered, "All the attendees today are upper-class ladies. Who knows what intentions you two have for sneaking in here? It's only natural that you should be sent to the police station for investigation."
Curtis Johnson became anxious upon hearing this and blurted out, "You're just abusing your power! Does having a husband who's the Director make you so great? We are doctors from the General Hospital, angels in white who save lives. You have no right to treat us like this!"
Her yelling silenced the entire hall.
