Curtis shook his head with a sigh, "She should've been fired, but she has a powerful background. They found her a guaranteed spot and promoted her to the National Research Institute. I heard she even got into Professor Shane's team."
Mrs. Gardner's face changed instantly, "How could that be allowed? How could such a sly fox be allowed near Professor Shane?"
Without any hesitation, she walked over to Amelia and knocked on the table aggressively, "You, leave here immediately."
Amelia looked up, a bit puzzled by the unfamiliar chubby woman standing in front of her, "On what grounds are you asking me to leave?"
"Because people like you don't deserve to be here; you'll pollute the air."
Amelia couldn't help but laugh, still maintaining her etiquette, "Madam, please mind your language."
