Mason Hawkins paused for a second, "You're messing with me, aren't you, Daniel Cooper?"
Daniel Cooper put down his wineglass, the bottom of the glass and the marble table sounding like clashing jade rings. "Believe it or not, Amy is Master Harvey's final disciple, and that painting was done while she was in school. But now, even if someone offered a higher price, she might not have the energy to paint. However, she has always been a grateful person."
Mason became even more annoyed, "Then you're still deceiving me..." He stopped halfway and suddenly realized, "You mean, let her use a painting to thank me? That's a good idea, when the time comes, let her paint ten or eight for me, wouldn't I have made a fortune?"
Daniel looked disdainful, "Do you think painting is like taking pictures, just press a button and it's done? You're shameless."
Mason Hawkins, "...Screw you."
