Amelia blinked, "Mason Hawkins's issue isn't settled yet, so why the rush to come back?"
Daniel Cooper smiled, "You don't need to worry about him, he's got a bunch of good brothers under him to take care of things, he doesn't need my help at all. Right now, he just wants to have it out with his dad."
Amelia didn't understand, "Then why did he urgently call you over for?"
Mentioning this, Daniel's expression became a bit awkward as he cleared his throat, "Because I joked before that Mason is gay, and it just happened that his dad overheard, presumably Mr. Hawkins arranged last night's drama intentionally to make his son straighten out. Mason felt that I was the prime culprit, so he proudly had me over to give me a hard time."
Amelia couldn't help but laugh, "Then how come he let you come back?"
Daniel went along willingly, "He didn't let me come back, I left without saying goodbye."
Amelia, "...You're really something."
