They had thought he would be the one most eager to end the gathering early, but then they heard him say, "Since Ms. Foster is so enthusiastic, let's all have a few more drinks with her."

Daniel's attention was entirely on the woman, leaving him no spare moment to notice the expressions of others. Since she was willing to drink now, he intended to coax her into drinking a bit more with the help of liquor.
He then had the waiter bring over two bottles of hangover relief liquid, secretly poured it into the glasses, and handed one to her, encouraging her with, "Come on, continue, let's drink to our heart's content."
