Having made sense of the situation, she temporarily set it aside and refocused her thoughts on searching for Wanda Wesley.
Fifteen minutes later, she walked out of the building empty-handed.
Just then, the phone rang. It was Layla Lowell.
"Chlo-Chlo, I've found her. But the situation is a bit tricky. I'm at the hospital now."
"I understand. I'm heading there now."
She immediately rushed to the hospital and met Layla Lowell at the entrance of the ward.
Layla explained, "When we found her, she was lying soaked outside the aquarium, unconscious. The staff there said she continuously submerged herself in the water as if she thought she was a fish. The doctor who examined her stated she's merely asleep. Should we put her through a thorough check-up?"
Chloe Collins opened the door and glanced inside. Wanda was still unconscious.
She replied, "Let's see how she progresses first. If she doesn't wake up after a while, we'll transfer her back to the capital."
