Chapter 1156
After the conversation, Anders Spence looked up at the West Wing building. Just then, he saw a curtain move abruptly; someone had drawn the curtains and hid behind them.
He knew it was Cherry Foster. He knew she was unable to let him go.
Now, he thought of Raine Nolan's words - "absence makes the heart grow fonder". After some contemplation, he left.
Behind the window, Cherry bit her lip, her face full of distress.
Sophia Ford munched on sunflower seeds, commenting, "You youngsters just love stirring up trouble for no reason. Arguing every few days, there won't be any feelings left. Are you going to class today?"
Wiping away her tears, Cherry walked away, "No, I took a leave."
Sophia shook her head.
Returning to her bedroom, Cherry buried her face in her pillow, crying softly.
