A smile was hidden in his eyebrows, it didn't seem like something serious had happened, but rather something to be happy about.
Alex lowered his gaze as he thought, then said, "Let her rest well."
He stepped towards the door and left.
Albert Green entered the room and said to Chloe Collins, "He's gone, Chlo-Chlo."
Once he reached her bedside, Albert couldn't help but ask: "Miss, can you be honest with me, have you ever thought about marrying him in your heart?"
The only response he was met with was silence.
Albert nodded: "Okay, rest well. I'm out."
After he left, Chloe woke up and stayed awake until the dawn of the next day.
