After some time, Chloe Collins felt a little better, slowly opened her eyes, and picked up her phone to check the time.
Only ten minutes had passed.
She was about to put down her phone when she suddenly noticed unread messages, all from Milton White.
Upon checking, she found out that he had gone to her hotel in the evening.
She immediately called him.
"It's me, I'm not at the hotel."
"I fell asleep while taking a bath earlier and didn't check my phone."
"You haven't been waiting there all this time, have you?"
"As for me, I'm at Aquarine."
"I'm fine, just a bit tired."
"Not tonight, let's do it another day."
"You have something urgent? You're so eager to see me." She chuckled lightly.
Milton White laughed, "To me, it's quite urgent."
"What is it?"
"Would 'seeing you' count?"
Chloe snickered and was about to speak when the doorbell rang.
"I have a guest coming, I'll talk to you later."
After hanging up the phone, she got up and went to open the door.
