In the afternoon between three and four o'clock, the Foster family received four distinguished guests, who were personally welcomed by the Master and his daughter-in-law, Evelyn Thompson.
The visitors were the Chairman and his wife from the Carson Enterprise of Corynthia, along with their son and daughter-in-law.
They came here not to see the Master, but rather aimed directly at Chloe Collins.
Upon hearing their purpose, the Master was surprised, "You mean, Chloe?"
Madam Carson said, "We heard that this child is a genius when it comes to perfume blending and knows everything about perfumes. We hope to meet her."
