If the Carsons don't come looking for trouble, she might be able to dodge this bullet.
When she returned to school, she went to her last class as usual. After about ten minutes, it was time for lunch break.
As usual, she left the school gate and got into the Collins family's driver's car to head back home.
As soon as she entered, she heard several people talking, so she asked the maid watering the plants in the courtyard who the visitors were.
The maid replied, "They are distinguished guests from Corynthia. Sir and madam are entertaining them."
Raine Nolan's body shook, shocked and frightened!
Did they come to their house?
"I just heard them talking about you, young miss. They have a request, which will undoubtedly be another great thing for the Collins family!" The maid chuckled.
Raine paused, "A request?"
Were they not here to hold them accountable?
With a nervous heart, she walked to the doorway, changed her shoes, and slowly walked in.
