Chapter 206: Missing You
She reached out instinctively for her phone and answered the call.
"Who is this?"
"It's me."
Chloe Collins was taken aback, straightened up and looked at her phone. Sure enough, it was Alexander Foster calling.
She held the phone back to her ear, not saying anything.
A soft laugh could be heard from the other end, "Why aren't you speaking?"
"You were the one who called me." Chloe responded in a calm tone.
"How's your exam revision going?"
"Not bad."
He asked, "Are you able to understand the material?"
"You called me just to ask that?"
Alexander Foster didn't respond immediately, only the sound of a shallow breath could be heard. It was unexplainably seductive.
Chloe Collins casted her eyes downwards. After waiting for a few more seconds, she said, "If you have nothing else to say, I'm going to hang up."
"Are you free right now?" He asked.
