Raine averted her eyes, a fleeting glimpse of guilt flashing past the corner of her eye.
Under the scrutiny of everyone, Chloe Collins calmly began: "This handbook contains some of my mother's fragrance blending notes. To be precise, it's a draft where she would jot down her innovative ideas. She would then rearrange the final formulae in detail afterwards. She no longer needed this draft but there were many pages left, so she gave them to me to practice writing on. So, the latter half of this draft is filled with nonsensical scribbles that I made when I was six years old. It encompasses my mother's immature perfume making methods and my own nonsense. I remember the pages ran out within a few weeks and I casually threw it into a corner. I never expected to see it again after so many years."
