Amelia Cobb was about to enter her bedroom when she suddenly remembered something, "Tomorrow is Charlie Wood's funeral. Use this opportunity to do what you need, Antony Brown will be too busy to bother you."

Betty Harrison arrived the next morning.
She bought breakfast for Amelia from a street vendor and was taken aback, just like Sandra Smith was, by the retro-style house as she entered.
To put it simply, every brick in this house reeked of money.
"Are you really going to Charlie Wood's funeral?"
Before Amelia had a chance to answer after taking a sip of water, Sandra beat her to it: "Of course she is. How would the drama at the Wood family proceed if she weren't there?"
"Secretary Carter?"
"Secretary Harrison, good morning."
Today, Sandra wore a white dress and she looked less like a cosmopolitan woman and more like a gentle big sister.
"I'm leaving."
"You still have a chance to reconsider." Amelia put down her cup and reminded Sandra while watching her leave.
