In early August, Iris Yael had been in Harbor for almost half a week. When she called Amelia Cobb, Amelia was sitting on a treadmill catching her breath after the workout.
As Iris heard Amelia's panting over the phone, she hesitated, worrying that she might be interrupting something, "Are you busy?"
Amelia wiped her sweat with a towel, "Just finished exercising, what's up?"
"I went to their house today, just like you said, everything has changed in the Deleon family. Their emptied house is no longer filled with honors and trophies that Gary Deleon once had when he was with you. It's as if he never existed."
"And it seems like the Deleon family just moved into this house not long ago. The neighbors don't know their background, only that one of Gary's parents goes out to buy groceries every day. Aside from that, their daily activities include taking Gary for a walk in the yard using a wheelchair."
