"Left?" The man asked in a low tone in the study.
"Yes, she's gone," Juliet Walker responded.
He hesitated for a moment, then turned to Christopher Robinson and said, "About the Cobb family..."
"Leave them be, they know what to do."
Walker knew Robinson was irritated.
She wasn't sure what had provoked this.
But Robinson's move had forced Walker to wonder why he would put pressure on Amelia Cobb. He had always been indifferent to the affairs of the Cobb family, why would he care about Amelia's well-being now?
At this very moment, Robinson had gathered the Cobb family members in Orchard Garden. Standing in the courtyard, he calmly and quietly questioned William Cobb, pushing him to give an answer.
