The person charging up had a stick in his hand.
He raised his hand and swung directly at Oliver Nelson.
Oliver pulled Sophia Jackson out of the way, and the stick smashed into the car. The wind whizzed past Sophia's ear. She turned her head to see a dent had been made in the car's body.
This kind of force was clearly intended to be lethal!
Sophia was still in shock when another stick came swinging at the two of them, its aggressive momentum leaving no room for them to resist.
"Oliver! Get out of the way!"
Sophia's voice was almost hoarse from shouting.
Oliver evaded the attack with Sophia and then kicked out.
His kick landed on the abdomen of the man wielding the stick, who stumbled back several steps. As he looked back at Oliver, his face was contorted with rage: "You're asking for death!"
Having said that,
he walked straight towards Oliver with his stick.
