Sophia Jackson hadn't ridden a horse in a while.
She ran a few laps around the equestrian field, feeling a bit nauseous. She signaled to the side, and the Equestrian Master walked over, leading the horse by its reins and helped her dismount.
After handing the horse over to the Equestrian Master, Sophia headed to the café set up along the edge of the field.
She ordered a cup of black tea.
Just as she sat down, a 'snap' sound echoed, and an equestrian whip landed on the table. Kim Nelson then sat down across from her, smiling cheekily as he said, "Sister-in-law."
Sophia took a sip of her black tea, not even batting an eye, "Is there something you need, young Mr. Nelson?"
Kim played with the whip carelessly that he had just thrown on the table, "I never thought that our first encounter would be so…"
Sophia raised an eyebrow, finally looking at Kim, "So, what?"
Kim lowered his voice, his words filled with a wicked chuckle, "Ineffable."
