Sophia Jackson found it hard not to agree.
But for her to go to Wheat City and have dinner with Oliver's parents? It was difficult for Sophia, considering that she and Oliver had no feelings for each other. If she went to the Nelson Family, they might not treat her well, and she would have to fend for herself in every little detail.

Oliver stood up with an unwavering smile, "Take your time, no rush."
She thought he wanted her to decide quickly.
If it's not urgent, she could take her time preparing.
Oliver didn't plan to stay for dinner, and Sophia made a token effort to ask him to stay. Oliver smirked, "So I can sit here and stare at you?"
Sophia: "I was just being polite, and you snapped at me?"
"Was that snapping?" Oliver's smile deepened, "It's just because you haven't seen me get serious with someone."
"So it must be very fierce?"
"More or less." He didn't deny it.
