"Erwin, didn't you really hate Lyra Smith before?"
Erwin Jackson: "That's my business, it's none of your concern."
Hannah Leung was baffled by her son's current attitude: "You annulled your engagement with her, and she immediately went to seduce your fifth uncle, and eventually joined the Jackson family. How is a woman like her worth defending!?"
Hannah Leung didn't notice Erwin's expression and continued: "You are just too kind-hearted. In your father and my opinion, it's a good thing you broke off your engagement with her, or who knows what kind of trouble she would bring you!"
"Have you said enough?" Erwin warned coldly, "Don't gossip about Lyra behind her back. You don't know her – what right do you have to judge her!"
Hannah Leung's face suddenly turned ugly.
She wanted to say something more when Bobby Jackson came over: "Alright, alright, both of you stop arguing."
