Leaning back, he crossed his arms and placed them in front of his stomach, "Since it's a family dinner, what's the point in inviting an outsider like me?"
Hector analyzed through his perspective, "Miss Lee is so famous, not only as the Lee Family's jewel, but also as a top-tier celebrity in the entertainment industry. Mr. Lee probably wants to forge a marriage alliance between the Lee and Jackson families."
Phil Lee's status matched Morris Jackson's, so a union between the Jackson and Lee families would be a match made in heaven.
However, because the two families each held power in their respective areas and had comparable power, marrying wouldn't happen. But if the Jackson and Lee families did unite, the benefits for both sides would undoubtedly be substantial.
