Upon hearing the name Frank Smith again, Sophia Jackson found that her mood was surprisingly calm.
There was hardly a ripple.
Not like before, when every time she heard Frank's name, her heart would race.
And after the racing, all that was left was sadness.
Seeing that Sophia had no reaction, Molly Cooper tentatively asked, "Do you want me to send him away?"
Sophia crumpled the drawing paper on the table and threw it into the trash: "Let him wait for a while, I'll go wash up and come out."
She had been locked in her room since the morning, and she hadn't been out much lately. She hadn't washed up or groomed herself, and she looked quite sloppy. Even if she had already put down her feelings for Frank, she should at least tidy herself up a bit before meeting him as an ordinary friend.
"Alright." Molly closed the door considerately.
When she came out, Molly saw that Frank was standing there, not sitting down.
