It wasn't until she opened her eyes that she finally heard clearly whose voice it was.
"You're awake."
"When I came in, you were sleeping. You looked so sound asleep that I couldn't bear to wake you. Don't be fooled by Cole's prim and proper appearance; he actually snores when he sleeps. Your poor sleep was probably due to his snoring last night."
"Now that you're awake, hurry up and get up. I just called the airport and told them to wait for you for a few minutes."
Sophia Jackson: "..."
As she was about to get up, Jane suddenly mentioned, "make the plane wait for her a few minutes?!?"
How audacious could she be?!
To have the plane wait for her?!
But on second thought, since this is in South Vietnam, a country ruled by the Rebel Army, she was suddenly not that shocked.
Jane saw that Sophia wasn't moving and stretched out her hands to pull her up from the couch. "Think if there's anything else you need to take with you, we need to leave as soon as possible."
