Even if Morris Jackson was not skilled in most things, he could still manage to do them.
Tying Lyra's hair was his first time, but definitely not the last, as there would be many more times in the future.
Lyra briefly explained how to do it, and Morris soon grasped the technique, tying her hair into a passable bun. Although it was a bit too fluffy, it looked more natural. In Lyra's words, she herself couldn't tie her hair like this.
Such a compliment gave Morris a sense of accomplishment.
Before leaving the bathroom, he asked her, "Do you want to stay in Poland for a couple more days?"
Lyra asked why.
He said, "There are still many beautiful places in Poland. Do you want to see snow?"
Lyra hesitated for a moment.
"If you don't want to see snow in Poland, let's change the location. How about Switzerland?"
Instead of making the decision himself, Morris asked for her opinion.
Lyra didn't nod immediately, but thought for a few seconds before agreeing, "Okay."
