The call went through.
During the few short seconds he was waiting for the call to connect, Erwin Jackson was in agony which only he knows of.
He was afraid that something had happened to Lyra...
Finally.
The call was answered.
Erwin Jackson was eager, "Lyra! It's Erwin Jackson!"
At this point, Erwin Jackson completely forgot that this call was to Jenson Wright, not Lyra directly. He thought Lyra was the one who had answered.
Jenson Wright's voice came through from the other side of the line, "Erwin Jackson? Why are you calling me from Professor Walker's phone?"
Erwin Jackson suddenly sobered up, realizing that this was George's number, not Lyra's. But he was so impatient, he was worried that something could have happened to Lyra.
"George, where's Lyra?" He asked in a deep voice.
"You're looking for Lyra?"
"Yes, I'm looking for her!"
