Gregory Smith raised his hand and brushed away the curly hair on his forehead, his face looking particularly attractive in the light. He did not answer, simply sat there quietly drinking wine.
Dylan Lee leaned back, resting his arm on the armrest, his slender fingers lightly tapping rhythmically. He sighed deeply: "It's been many years since I last saw Lyra."
Gregory put down his glass of Kvass.
He stood up, straightening his sleeves: "Lyra won't be coming back early, she's been busy lately, busy with..."
Dylan looked up at Gregory: "Hmm?"
Gregory had wanted to say that Lyra was busy with her love affair, but he swallowed the words at the last moment, changing them to: "She's busy finishing her studies early so she can make it back on her grandfather's birthday."
Dylan nodded in understanding. Seeing that Gregory was about to leave, he asked casually, "Are you going to see grandfather?"
Gregory responded with a simple, "Hmm".
