"Your pants fell off." Lyra Smith reminded him.

Erwin Jackson yelled like a pig being slaughtered, echoing through the entire hallway.
Passing nurses frequently turned their heads to look inside. One of them held medical records and discussed with the nurse beside her, "Did anyone have hemorrhoids removed today?"
The nurse shook her head, "No, it was just a fever injection."
"It sounds like an adult man, but he screams like a pig being slaughtered just because of an injection."
"No wonder he refused to let a nurse give him the shot. He's so scared of needles he must be worried about losing face."
"Well, everyone loses face in the hospital at some point in their lives."
Both nurses left after chatting a few more sentences.
