Upon hearing the name Lyra Smith, Hector's face turned green.
He left Cynthia Taylor with one sentence: "You'd better pray for yourself."

Hector raised his hand and knocked on the door.

Hector opened the door and walked in first.
Cynthia Taylor, with a pale face, followed, keeping her head down.
"Morris, I brought her here," Hector walked up to Morris Jackson, noticed his poor complexion, and was shocked, knowing he was really angry.
Cynthia Taylor slowly walked over, standing in front of the two men, still keeping her head down.
"Did you pick up my call?" Morris Jackson asked directly.
Hector, standing nearby, suddenly raised his eyebrows, clenched his teeth tightly, and wondered about the odds of Morris going easy on her if he pleaded for her...
