Chereads / THE HUNTSMAN AND SNOW WHITE / Chapter 5 - CHAPTER 4

Chapter 5 - CHAPTER 4

Snow White went over to her new home and settled in. She was finally happy about living in this home where she spent so much time in her past life.

As she sat around her old cottage, she wanted to make this place even more like home, but how was she to do that? In her lifetime with Prince Florian, Snow White spent so much time in her father's castle. How was Snow White even supposed to make this place even remotely like home?

She recalled her past life but did not really find favor in that time. Every single day of Snow's life was that she was being protected by other people. The huntsman spared her life because her stepmother was planning to kill her, the dwarves gave her shelter, and Prince Florian rescued her from an eternity of sleep. As Snow White looked inwardly at her life, she realized she was not happy. She felt like she was looked down on because of her case scenario. Snow White did not want to feel like she needed protection from the dangers of the world.

There, in Snow White's new home, she would live through the dangers and do what she thought was right for her. As Snow walked over to the sheriff station, she recalled about what she was going to do. She had a feeling that Huntsman had the same feelings for her, and she was going to go for it.

"Hey, Huntsman, how's it going?" said Snow White, as she handed him some coffee.

Huntsman beamed a smile at Snow White and waved her over to sit down beside him. "Hey, Snow, thanks for the coffee and everything is going well. Can I ask you something?"

Snow White nodded and beamed a smile at Snow White. "Sure, Huntsman. What is it?" Huntsman looked really looked nervous after such a moment of silence, but he ended up finishing what he seemed to want to ask her.

"So, Snow, you have been working her for a long while now and I have grown accustomed to having you as a co-sheriff. This is kind of hard for me to say, honestly," said Huntsman.

Snow White looked at Huntsman in the eyes and whispered to him, "Huntsman, you can tell me anything. Even though, it may feel unpleasant to me, I do want to help with the difficulty you may be facing with whatever you are to say. Please, what is it you wish to tell me?"

Huntsman took a deep breath and brushed his hand over Snow White's cheek. He, then, brushed some hair from her face. Snow White could feel so much ecstasy with his touch that Snow almost forgot what she was going to say to him. "Huntsman, what is it you wanted to say to me?" Snow White whispered quietly as she met his eyes.

Huntsman smiled at Snow White and instead of saying whatever it was he was going to say to her, he ended up kissing her. Actions do happen to speak louder than words. To Snow White, it took her by surprise, but the feeling of the kiss was electric to her, and she could not stand it anymore. She melted in Huntsman's kiss.

The kiss between Huntsman and Snow White felt like it lasted for centuries, and they were able to maneuver walking to Snow's new home to sleep together. Though Snow slept for centuries in her glass coffin before being awaken by her prince charming in her past life, she could not wait to sleep and have a child with Huntsman. Huntsman looked at Snow while in bed and brushed her hair from her face and whispered, "I love you, Snow White."
