Gon looks at Hana. "Remember I mentioned the bond level? It seems it just leveled up."
Hana's initial shock transitioned into a sense of warmth that seemed to radiate from within her chest, her lips curving into a smile. "Really?"
"Yes, silly. Did you think I would lie to you?" Gon teased.
"Now we can sense each other's presence and communicate telepathically, as long as we're not too far apart."
Intrigued, Hana's mind was already racing with the possibilities. "How far is the limit?"
Gon considered for a moment before replying. "About 1 kilometer for now, but I'm sure that distance will extend as our bond level rises."
Hana nodded, her expression turning contemplative as another thought surfaced.
"I just remembered one of our goals here is to get the serum to strengthen me back in our world. We haven't really had a plan for that yet."
