Hana narrowed her eyes, a hint of skepticism in her voice. "Other people's experiences? As in their personal memories?"
Gon nodded, his gaze sweeping over the people playing with their high-tech implants.
"Yes. As you can see, everyone has it here. With implants, they can record their personal experiences and then sell it."
Hana nodded thoughtfully. "I can see the appeal of VR games, but selling memories... This kind of technology should not reach our world, Gon."
Gon, with a furrowed brow. "Why not? Isn't it good? For example, with memory recording, we can have better evidence in criminal cases."
Hana's tone edged with concern. "Sure, it could be useful, but what if the person viewing the memories has ulterior motives?"
"Can you imagine what they will use it for? As blackmail, or worse, people might begin to do weird stuff just to make them more marketable."
Gon fell silent, his mind wrestling with the implications.
