Sometimes I wonder on the day my life changed. Sometimes thinking if it would have been different if I didn't go into the woods that day with Charles. Honestly I should have seen what happened coming.
{ flash back granted by almighty system 😎}
It was a long day at work at D Mart for me but at least I had Charles to help with stock. Honestly if I new what he would do tomorrow night I wouldn't have felt as great full as I did back then, well you always learn. We spent our time stocking the shelves at the pastry section talking about our lives and what we do in our free time. To be honest I felt kind of jealous of the family he has because I haven't had mine for years since mom died. I loved hearing about how him and his dad went to marshal bar down the street though. When in the end he only ended up flirting with a nice lady not knowing they were actually a dude. The guy was so confused I'm actually surprised the guy gave his number but from I know from what Charles told me he was a nice guy. He thought the whole situation funny and wanted to be friends. While putting away the cookies that just came in after the story Charles asked me if I wanted to go out to drink tomorrow after work to hang out. I agreed cause I don't have anything else to do tomorrow anyway. Afterwards we worked the rest of our shift talking about random work stories some were really nuts. I can't believe how many Karen stories there were. He told me about the time a customer tried to yell at a dude in the store cause they thought he worked here. Honestly I'm glad that the person didn't even notice them. Kind of funny how they didn't notice the Pearson they were yelling at was deaf and couldn't here them. After a few minutes she gave up and stomped to the manager to complain only for the manager to say sorry he doesn't work here. The Pearson got mad and ended up saying yes he does he just doesn't listen and honestly the best part. Was the look on there face when the manager said of course not there deaf. It was beautiful they got so mad they left yelling they'll never shop here again and honestly thank the lord cause no one wanted to deal with her. During the his story me and Charles finished up stock and went to sign out. I left for home not knowing the horror that would befall me the next day.
