She woke up at dawn because she needed to use toilet, yesterday she forgot to check if there's water in the house . She entered the room and went to the toilet she flushed and to her surprise there's water and opened the tap of the wash hand basin, and a clean water came out, Anita was very happy as she bent down to wash her face and took a few gulps of water on her empty stomach. When she was done, she came out and outside was already halfway bright . She came back and sat in the corridor thinking of how she can get out and get food . And now she has to go through that window to get out. She stood up took her backpack and proceeded to the kitchen , Anita went straight to the door to try opening it so she won't have to use the window, at the door, she removed the lock and the key was still on , luckily the door opened and she came out. She tied the veil around her neck and face though not looking suspicious she went out and went down the street then took a left turn, she slightly raised her head up she saw a big sign that looks like an eatery , Anita then zipped her backpack to remove a small amount of money and put it in her pocket, then proceeded to the eatery
At Alex's end, when the police arrived he was already unconscious so he was rushed to the hospital, and he didn't wake up till morning, the police were in the hospital throughout the night. When he woke the police asked the doctor if they can speak to him or if he is able to speak. The doctor told the police yes he can . The police entered the room to ask him questions about what happened. Yes I was the one who called the police after I was stabbed by Anita the woman you are looking for , the police asked him what was the reason for her to do that. Alex's cooked up lies which put Anita in much more trouble. He said she came running to me at the airport saying someone was trying to Kill her, and I took her to my house to hide her and call the police, but as we reached my house . She asked me not to call the police that she wants to use the bathroom before we do so, I said ok as she went in I brought out my phone and I saw the news on my phone . I then quickly when to check the backpack that was with her and I saw a huge amount of money that whenever she came out and saw me . She brought out a knife from her back and threatened me to keep my mouth shut. She picked my phone which was on the arm of the chair and saw the headlines about herself and she looked right back at me and asked if I called the police and I told her no . She then said I was lying , I swore to her but she didn't believe me. After that she came towards me with the knife as I tried running away from her , I tripped and fell that's when I felt a sharp pain through my body , she then told me since she killed her husband there is nobody else she won't hesitate to kill. She took my car keys and ran off, that's when I gathered the courage to call the police. Alex said that to them. They wrote everything down and wished him safe recovery.
The police believed everything he said to them and they called Anita's parents for questioning , the police asked them if their daughter was mentally stable and they said yes both her father and step mother, Anita's father was still in denial about his daughter being a murderer, the police then told them she tried killing another person who is still in the hospital. That means she is a murderer. Anita's father was in total shock when he heard about Alex's case. He stayed glued to his seat without moving an inch . Anita's step mother Bella has to keep calling his name Kevin, Kevin Kevin before he came back to reality . He stood up in disbelief of what he heard , his beloved daughter, the girl he loved his entire life , his only daughter is now a murderer . The police didn't keep them, they let them go but kept a close eye on them.on their way home Anita's step mother said to her father , you see I told you it was the truth, isn't she the cause of her mother's death. He turned to her and shouted shut up , she then turned away while murmuring some words . Anita's mother slipped from the stairs and died while running down as a result of her crying nonstop, that's the reason her step mother was saying that. And now she has reminded him of that incident again. Tears started rolling down his cheeks nonstop.
At Anita's end she went inside the eatery like a normal person bought food she sat down to eat at the far end looking at the wall . She sat down quietly the moment she turned her head she saw two police men coming in she was really terrified she immediately turned around and faced the wall, when she turned her head again she saw them buying food she let out a breath of relief. Suddenly they started coming towards her , her heart started pounding. As they reached towards her they sat at the place her back was facing. They sat down and started eating their food. Meaning they didn't see her . She suddenly lost her appetite, she was frozen in her seat.
At that instant they started talking about her saying, a handsome reward that was what what said if anyone find that Anita I even heard she almost killed another man who tried to help her , he is now in the hospital. And I heard she is expected to be around this neighborhood that's if she didn't run off somewhere , you should have seen her father yesterday , he was really shocked out of his wits. At the mention of her father, Anita didn't know the time tears started rolling down her cheeks , she has failed him. The police finished eating and left . But Anita was glued to her seat shedding tears . About 30 minutes after they left , she stood up tied the veil and left. When she came outside she looked everywhere she didn't see any police officer.
Then went down the street. Luckily she found a small super market she branched in and bought some canned food which doesn't require cooking and a few bottles of water, to her luck she saw face masks and bought 1 pack of it , breathing a sigh of relief that she won't have to tied that big veil around her . But that doesn't mean she won't wear it.
