Gianna's pov : past
Another school day. I groaned while putting on my uniform. I was too tired to do anything but I had to move if I didn't want my parents or brothers to notice my back hurts as hell. If only my bastard of a boyfriend didn't decide to jump into my room yesterday, my back won't hurt as Much as it does.
"Gianna!" I heard my mom call "You gonna be late for school"
"I'm coming" I replied. I looked at myself one last time in the mirror."ok" I said to myself. I picked my bag and ran down the stairs to eat really quickly
"eomma"I called my mom in my native language "Good morning" I said, placing a kiss on her cheek.
"Hurry up before your late"she replied
"Morning eomma" My brother Leonard said, placing a kiss on my mother's cheek. He was followed by my other brother Erhardt who did exactly the same thing before sitting down for breakfast.
This was a tradition in my house. At first it was my mother who did it. She would kiss all of us before breakfast and before we leave for school but the moment we turned 16 it became the other way round.
"Are you still eating breakfast by now?" Leon asked. I looked up at him.
"Didn't the school bus leave about an hour ago?" Erhardt asked
I stood up, immediately surprised "huh?"
He paused, staring at me "Why are you shouting?"
"mi-an-ham-ni-da Oppa" I replied immediately knowing how much he hates people shouting.
Leon laughed silently beside him "jinjja"
"I don't know, it could have been my imagination"he said thinking "But I think it did"
I stood up immediately, running out "Bye!" Erhardt hated loud noise so there is no way the school bus would have passed without him knowing.
I ran as fast as I could all the way to school. There was no one outside. "Shit!" I whispered the first class had probably begun. I ran into the school building directly to my class. I opened the door to see the twins standing staring at me. It seems like they were playing catch. But they were the only ones here.
"Geez Gianna you scared me" Alex said, taking a breath.
"Where is everybody?" I asked breathing heavily
"What do you mean where is everybody? It's not even 8 O'clock" Alec replied throwing the small ball back to his brother
"Huh?" I asked surprised with wide eyes
"See"Alex said showing me his wrist watch "It's just a bit past seven"
"Erhardt Oppa" I groaned angrily while the twins laughed. I was so going to kill him when I get home. No infact I blame myself for falling for it."I feel so dumb" I whispered to myself.
"Ain't you?"I heard Nate ask
"When did you get here?"I asked surprised
"Just now"He replied, placing a kiss on my head. I blushed a bit.
"Dude" Alec said. I know what he's about to say. I shot him a glare trying to shut him up but it didn't seem effective at all. Alex laughed silently while Alec continued laughing "Your babe ran all the way up to school thinking she was late"
"That's not tr…"
"I know" Nate said looking down at me with a smirk "I saw her"
The twins laughed even more. I blushed more embarrassed.
"Which one made a fool out of you this time?" Nate asked sitting down and pulling me down to sit on his legs "The third? Fifth? Seventh? Eleventh?"
"What?"The twins screamed
Nate chuckled.
"I know you have a lot of brothers but just how many do you have?"Alex asked
"Well I have 9 brothers" I replied with a shrug. I was used to this whenever I tell people about my brothers they always react like this.
"Wait, if you have 9 brothers, why did Nate say Eleventh?" Alec asked. I looked at Nate annoyed and he just shrugged with a smile.
"Well" I sighed sitting on Nate's legs "I have 9 brothers and 5 cousins"
They looked at me dumbfounded.
"She lives with 14 dudes" Nate replied "9 brothers and 5 extra"
"Why do your cousins have to leave with you?"Alex asked still surprised
"Parents died in a car crash, their only family left is my father" I replied remembering when my dad suddenly came home with 5 children who were older than me. I was so surprised, I remember trying to talk to them but they would never reply because they didn't understand me. They always spoke another language that I never understood.
When I would ask my mom what they were saying she would always interpret it. She and four of my elder siblings and my dad were the only one that understood them and the rest of us were lost. I remember asking her once.
"Eomma why don't I understand what they're saying?"
She replied with a smile "because that's their native language. Do you wanna learn it?"
"Yes" I replied, nodding my head happily. I remember Leon Oppa being extremely rude to my parents all the time. I didn't understand what he was saying but he would always throw his food on the floor or try to run away. That was then though.
"That's so sad"Alex said after some moments of silence
"Some really do have it had" Alec said looking at Nate
I giggled Alec always knew how to make a joke out of everything. He walked up to Nate and placed his hands on his shoulder "Don't worry if you ever died I won't hesitate to forget you"
We all burst out laughing while Nate told Alec "Fuck you"
Alec returned to his brother and they continued the game while we all talked about random stuff. I guess it wasn't bad coming this early huh? While Nate placed secret kisses on my neck.
"You'll give me your attention during sixth period right?" Nate whispered resting his head on my neck with his arms around my waist.
"Don't you have my attention right now" I asked with a smile
"No" He replied with a frown "You are halfway listening to me. You're more interested in what the twins are doing"
I turned around staring at him. Was he pouting? He could be such a baby sometimes. "Ok"I replied
He smiled happily. As much as I wanted to remain on Nate's legs I had to stand up when more people started coming. He sighed sadly when I had to leave. I bet he was tired of hiding our relationship but we have no choice. I had to choose between him and Maria and I honestly did not want to choose.
Halfway through the fifth period Nate suddenly shouted "Fuck" looking at me. Everyone turned to him, whispering. What was wrong with him and why won't he stop looking at me? I think about right now the whole class was staring at me also.
"Mr Hinsen I know you've been learning a bunch of good words but now isn't the time to use it" Mrs Zob said
"Sorry Mrs Zob" Nate said as he came back to reality. I knew Nate and from the way he was sighing something was wrong.
"That idiot just wants attention" Maria said, rolling her eyes "And why is he staring at you? That creep he better not start liking you cause it's not gonna happen"
I didn't reply. Like? I laughed in my head bitch please this Dude is in love with me.
"What's with that smile?" Maria asked
"Huh? Ah it's nothing" I replied. Sixth period I left with the excuse I was going to the restroom. I walked to the club room Wondering why he was staring at me throughout class.
"Nate?" I called closing the clubroom door behind me.
"Gianna" he replied in a quiet voice "I'm sorry"
"What? Sorry for what?" I asked surprised. Did I do something wrong? Was he going to break up with me? No this can't be happening not after everything we've been through together.
"I know I am the worst and may not be the best boyfriend but no matter what I'll be responsible. I swear I will" he said quietly
"What are you saying? I don't understand you" I replied "What do you mean by responsibility?"
"Gianna" He said with a sigh "Yesterday I…"
"What did you do yesterday?" I asked annoyed if he dared tell me he was cheating. I am so gonna kill him.
"Yesterday I…"He paused looking at me "I forgot to use a condom"
"What?" I asked surprised
"Gianna I know I suck. I should have used one but I forgot and you could be pregnant but I don't care I swear on my knees I'll cherish the baby. I fucking do" he rushed
I giggled silently as he went on and on about being a father and mother at highschool and soon I was laughing really hard.
"Huh? Why? Why are you laughing" he asked surprised
"I was on pills Nate" I laughed.
