Leo, Flora, and Sir Reginald left the forest and headed towards the mountain range, where the Dragon's Lair was located. They hoped to find the Crystal of Power and an ally in Draco, the dragon who guarded it.
They rode for a long time, crossing hills, valleys, rivers, and bridges. They saw many different kinds of landscapes, animals, and plants. They also saw some signs of danger, such as traps, pitfalls, and enemies.
Sir Reginald explained to Leo and Flora some of the things they saw and encountered. He told them about the geography and climate of Fantasia, and the different challenges and threats that they faced. He also told them about the history and legend of the Crystal of Power and the Dragon's Lair. He said that the Crystal of Power was one of the four sacred relics that were created by the first king of Fantasia to protect and bless the land. He said that the Dragon's Lair was one of the four holy places that were chosen by the first king to hide and guard the relics. He said that Draco was one of the four guardians who were entrusted by the first king to watch over and test anyone who sought the relics.
Leo listened with interest and curiosity. He learned a lot from Sir Reginald, and he felt a respect growing between them. He also felt a sense of awe and wonder as he approached the Dragon's Lair.
He asked Sir Reginald many questions about Fantasia, and he answered them as best as he could. He also asked him some questions about himself, and he told him some things about his life, his family, his friends, and his duty.
They found out that they had some things in common, such as their courage, loyalty, and honor. They also found out that they had some differences, such as their skills, weapons, and strategies.
They agreed to appreciate each other's strengths and weaknesses, and to cooperate with each other's plans.
They enjoyed each other's company and conversation, and they felt happy and comfortable with each other.
They became closer allies as they rode towards the mountain range.
As they reached the foot of the mountain range, they saw a large cave entrance ahead. They also saw a large shadow moving inside the cave. It looked like a dragon.
Sir Reginald recognized it immediately.
"There it is! The Dragon's Lair! And there he is! Draco! The dragon who guards the Crystal of Power! Are you ready to meet him?"
He asked them, stopping his horse.
Leo felt a surge of fear and excitement as he saw the cave and the shadow. He wondered what Draco was like and how he would react to them.
He looked at Flora for support.
She nodded encouragingly.
"I'm ready. Let's go."
She said bravely, stopping her horse.
Leo nodded back confidently.
"I'm ready too. Let's go."
He said boldly, stopping his horse.
They looked at each other and smiled.
They were ready to meet Draco.
They followed Sir Reginald into the cave, leaving their horses outside.
They walked for a while in the dark, following the sound of breathing and growling. They felt a heat rising from below, as if they were walking into a furnace.
They reached a large chamber that was lit by a fire pit in the center. They saw a huge dragon lying on a pile of gold and jewels. He had red scales, yellow eyes, black horns, and white teeth. He looked at them with curiosity and amusement.
He spoke to them in a deep and booming voice.
"Welcome to my lair, travelers. I am Draco, the dragon who guards the Crystal of Power. I have been expecting you."
He said calmly, raising his head.
Leo felt a shock as he heard his voice. He recognized it immediately.
It was the same voice that he had heard in his dreams before he came to Fantasia.
It was the same voice that had guided him to find the book, the key, and the door in his attic.
It was the same voice that had given him riddles to test his courage, wisdom, and kindness in order to enter Fantasia.
It was Draco's voice.
He realized that Draco had been watching over him since before he came to Fantasia.
He realized that Draco had been preparing him for his destiny.
He looked at Draco with awe.
"Draco… It's you… You're the one who spoke to me in my dreams… You're the one who helped me get here…"
He said softly, holding his chest.
Draco nodded gently.
"Yes, it's me. I'm glad you remember me. I'm glad you made it here."
He said kindly, smiling slightly.
Leo felt a surge of gratitude and admiration as he heard his words. He wondered why Draco had done all that for him.
He looked at Draco with curiosity.
"Why did you do all that for me? Why did you help me get here?"
He asked sincerely, holding his hand.
Draco looked at him with affection.
"I did all that for you because I care about you. I care about your world and Fantasia. I care about the balance and harmony of both worlds. I care about the fate and destiny of both worlds."
He said earnestly, holding his gaze.
Leo felt a surge of emotion as he heard his words. He wondered what Draco meant by that.
He looked at Draco with confusion.
"What do you mean by that? What do you know about my world and Fantasia? What do you know about the balance and harmony of both worlds? What do you know about the fate and destiny of both worlds?"
He asked eagerly, holding his breath.
Draco looked at him with wisdom.
"I mean that your world and Fantasia are connected by a bond of magic and secrets. I mean that the balance and harmony of both worlds depend on the four sacred relics and the four holy places. I mean that the fate and destiny of both worlds depend on the chosen one and the Crystal of Power."
He said clearly, holding his voice.
Leo felt a shock as he heard his words. He couldn't believe what Draco was saying.
He looked at Draco with disbelief.
"Are you saying that my world and Fantasia are linked by magic and secrets? Are you saying that the four relics and the four places are important for both worlds? Are you saying that I'm the chosen one and the Crystal of Power is the key to save both worlds?"
He asked incredulously, holding his head.
Draco nodded firmly.
"Yes, I'm saying all that. And I can prove it to you. Look at this."
He said confidently, holding his claw.
He lifted his claw and revealed a small crystal that was glowing with a rainbow of colors. It was the Crystal of Power.
Leo gasped as he saw it. He recognized it immediately.
It was the same crystal that he had seen in his dreams before he came to Fantasia.
It was the same crystal that had appeared in his hand when he had entered Fantasia.
It was the same crystal that had shown him where his father was when he had wished for it.
It was Draco's crystal.
He realized that Draco had given him the crystal when he had entered Fantasia.
He realized that Draco had trusted him with the crystal since before he came to Fantasia.
He looked at Draco with wonder.
"Draco… It's your crystal… You gave it to me… You trusted me with it…"
He said softly, holding his heart.
Draco nodded gently.
"Yes, it's my crystal. I gave it to you. I trusted you with it."
He said kindly, smiling slightly.
Leo felt a surge of gratitude and admiration as he heard his words. He wondered why Draco had done all that for him.
He looked at Draco with curiosity.
"Why did you do all that for me? Why did you give me your crystal? Why did you trust me with it?"
He asked sincerely, holding his hand.
Draco looked at him with affection.
"I did all that for you because you are worthy of it. You are worthy of my crystal. You are worthy of my trust."
He said earnestly, holding his gaze.
Leo felt a surge of emotion as he heard his words. He wondered what Draco meant by that.
He looked at Draco with confusion.
"What do you mean by that? What makes me worthy of your crystal and your trust?"
He asked eagerly, holding his breath.
Draco looked at him with wisdom.
"I mean that you have passed my tests. You have passed my tests of courage, wisdom, and kindness. You have answered my riddles correctly. You have proven yourself worthy of the Crystal of Power and my friendship."
He said clearly, holding his voice.
Leo felt a shock as he heard his words. He remembered the riddles that Draco had given him in his dreams before he came to Fantasia. He remembered how he had answered them correctly in order to enter Fantasia. He remembered how they had tested his courage, wisdom, and kindness.
He looked at Draco with awe.
"Draco… You're the one who gave me those riddles… You're the one who tested me… You're the one who prepared me…"
He said softly, holding his chest.
Draco nodded gently.
"Yes, I'm the one who gave you those riddles. I'm the one who tested you. I'm the one who prepared you."
He said kindly, smiling slightly.
Leo felt a surge of gratitude and admiration as he heard his words. He wondered what Draco had prepared him for.
He looked at Draco with curiosity.
"What did you prepare me for? What is my purpose here?"
He asked sincerely, holding his hand.
Draco looked at him with affection.
"I prepared you for your destiny. Your purpose here is to save both worlds from Zalazar and the Dark Lord. Your purpose here is to use the Crystal of Power to stop Zalazar from awakening the Dark Lord and free your father and the king from his prison. You are the chosen one, the one who can save both worlds.
He said earnestly, looking at him with respect.
Leo felt a surge of courage and responsibility as he heard his words. He decided that he would do it.
He looked at Draco with gratitude.
"Thank you, Draco. Thank you for everything. Thank you for giving me the Crystal, for testing me, for preparing me, for caring about me. Thank you for being my friend."
He said sincerely, holding his hand.
Draco smiled warmly.
"You're welcome, Leo. You're welcome for everything. You're welcome for the Crystal, for the tests, for the preparation, for the care. You're welcome for being your friend."
He said kindly, holding his hand back.
They looked at each other and hugged.
They had just become friends who were ready to face their destiny.
They broke their hug and looked at Flora and Sir Reginald, who were watching them with smiles.
"Are you ready to go to the castle and face Zalazar?"
They asked them, offering them their support.
Leo and Flora nodded confidently.
"Yes, we are. Let's go."
They said in unison, accepting their support.
They looked at each other and nodded.
They were ready to go to the castle and face Zalazar.
They followed Draco out of the cave, leaving the gold and jewels behind.
They saw Draco's wings unfold and his body lift off the ground. He was ready to fly them to the castle.
He spoke to them in a loud and clear voice.
"Hold on tight, my friends. We're going on a ride."
He said cheerfully, inviting them to join him.
Leo and Flora climbed on his back and held on to his scales. Sir Reginald mounted his horse and followed them from below.
They felt a thrill as they saw Draco take off into the sky. They felt a wind blowing on their faces and a fire burning in their hearts.
They were flying towards the castle, ready for the final battle.
