Chapter 3: The First Challenge
Zhao Feng woke up early the next morning and went to the training grounds. He wanted to start his day with a training session to prepare for the challenge that awaited him.
He trained for hours, and he could feel his body and mind becoming stronger. He was confident that he was ready for whatever challenge came his way.
Later that day, Zhao Feng was summoned to the main hall of the Qingyun Sect. The head elder, his father, was there, along with the other elders of the sect.
"Zhao Feng," the head elder said, "I have called you here today because I have a challenge for you."
Zhao Feng was curious. "What is the Mission?" he asked.
"The Mission is to defeat the Golden Roc," the head elder said. "The Golden Roc is a powerful beast that lives in the mountains near the sect. It has been terrorizing the locals, and we need someone to stop it."
Zhao Feng was excited by the challenge. He had always wanted to test his skills against a powerful opponent.
"I accept the mission," he said.
The head elder smiled. "I knew you would," he said. "The Golden Roc is a dangerous beast, but I believe that you are the one who can defeat it."
Zhao Feng thanked the head elder and left the main hall. He was determined to defeat the Golden Roc and to prove himself to his father and to the other cultivators in the sect.
Zhao Feng went to the mountains and searched for the Golden Roc. He searched for hours, and he was about to give up when he finally found it.
The Golden Roc was a large, winged beast with sharp claws and teeth. It was perched on a cliff, and it looked down at Zhao Feng with its yellow eyes.
Zhao Feng knew that this was going to be a difficult fight, but he was not afraid. He drew his sword and charged at the Golden Roc.
The Golden Roc roared and spread its wings. It swooped down at Zhao Feng, its claws outstretched.
Zhao Feng dodged the attack and swung his sword at the Golden Roc. The sword cut through the Golden Roc's feathers, but it did not pierce its skin.
The Golden Roc roared in anger and attacked again. This time, Zhao Feng was not so lucky. The Golden Roc's claws raked across his chest, and he felt a sharp pain.
Zhao Feng stumbled back, but he did not give up. He knew that he had to defeat the Golden Roc or it would continue to terrorize the locals.
Zhao Feng charged at the Golden Roc again. This time, he was more careful. He dodged the Golden Roc's attacks and waited for an opening.
When the opening came, Zhao Feng struck. He swung his sword at the Golden Roc's neck, and the sword cut through its flesh.
The Golden Roc roared in pain and fell to the ground. Zhao Feng sheathed his sword and walked over to the Golden Roc. He knew that the beast was dead.
Zhao Feng had defeated the Golden Roc. He had Completed the Mission the elder gave him.
Zhao Feng returned to the Qingyun Sect And he Submitted the mission he has completed to the elder and he goes back home to cultivate.
Zhao Feng was proud of his accomplishment today. He knew that he had still a long way to go, but he was Determined to become a powerful immortal.
