Zhan Mingyan watched his retreating figure, sighed lightly, and turned back.
"Your suitor?" Jian Qing asked teasingly.
Zhan Mingyan sat down and hummed in affirmation.
"My mother keeps pushing us together, but I just see him as a friend."
At this point, the first half of the game had ended.
Jian Luo slumped to the ground, her delicate face flushed.
"Here."
Black Jack unscrewed the bottle cap, squatted in front of him, and passed the water bottle.
Jian Luo grabbed it and took several gulps.
"Take it slow."
Black Jack placed a towel on his head messing up his chestnut-brown hair.
"Black Jack, just keep babying him. Look at how terrible his stamina is; he'll have to be sent back to the Jian Family headquarters for training sooner or later," said Bai Jue, drinking water and complaining.
After finishing the water, Jian Luo glared at him, "You're the terrible one."
