Chapter 51
Avery was shooting her distrustful glares. She wasn't the only one. Fiella, who had been absent, had returned and was now exuding a murderous aura her way. Zarracen is positive that if not for Isabella's order not to both would have attempted to attack her. Of course, she would have beaten them in battle. However, the battle would have brought distrust her way from Isabella likely.
"Stop the glaring," Zarracen huffs out a bit glad her voice still sounded relatively normal. Though, she did notice her vocal cord movements were a bit different from before.
The transformation seemed to have lasted approximately ten minutes despite her having mostly returned to normal. The draconic transformation wore off after about ten minutes of sitting in this room in silence. No one had said a word. Isabella didn't even address Zarracen rather than speaking to her she poured over the research from Annitta.
