Chapter 45
A knock sounded on the door causing the knight to freeze. Zarracen stared at the door a bit tempted to ignore the knock. But, it was Isabella on the other side. She couldn't just ignore the woman who was her current liege now could she? Well, she could it wouldn't be the first time she ignored nobility in favor of her own sanity.
And yet, still she walked to the door and opened it. Isabella stood in front of her arms crossed and displeasure on her face. The look should concern her but she wanted to wait to see what the woman would say before she decided to speak to her. After all they hadn't spoken in days.
The last few days have been a bit of a blur for Zarracen. With trying to train up her own squad to be alright in the coming days. Because, if most of them had to fight those things well they'd be done for. Giving speed training was the best part. Seazuna got to shine and show off his people's techniques in high speed movement.
