There were many cities within Ixmtaraza. The empire is vast and the regions bountiful. In the region of Arcus surrounded by bountiful forestry laid a city by the name of Havana. Like many cities in this empire the city held its own moniker. The City of Cerise. The name sounded beautiful and a few foolish travelers from beyond Ixmtaraza end up being fooled by it.
The name was given not due to the city having a lovely coating of red paint on each building or paths cobbled in red stone. No, the moniker was given from the crimson of blood that weep from the walls. The city was wrought with criminals and crime was at its highest here.
